Nyimbo does not automatically send money directly to bank accounts or any other payment provider after a successful purchase. Instead one needs to request for a transfer.
To request for a transfer follow the steps below:
- Go to My studio
- Navigate to Withdraw
- The available balance will show, in order to request for a money transfer
- To transfer money, a logged in user needs to make sure that there is atleast 10 balance in any currency. otherwise, less than that the Withdraw button is deactivated
- Choose a prefered payment method or bank, enter account number or payment ID
- Click request transfer
- Our Staff accountants team will process your request in 5 days with terms and conditions applied
